Q: Is that fudge and the other fudge by Burnt Sugar suitable for vegetarians?

A: The Burnt Sugar products are suitable for vegetarians as the only animal products they include is milk powder and cream. For example the ingredients for the Hot Ginger Crumbly Fudge are:
golden sugar, whole milk powder, salted butter, cream, treacle, glucose syrup, ginger crush (5%), salt
