Can't wait to get started on making vegan cheese, had hoped to find for non-tetrapak packaging though

Almond breeze has got to be my favourite milk I use it in the morning with my cereal and if I won’t a glass of milk throughout the day to me almond breeze has got to be the best make milk alternative from dairy milk

As far as almond milk goes, this is my favourite brand, and reasonably priced, too. Can't fault it at all. However almond milk in general can be a bit heavy sometimes, so I tend to use it less often than rice milk (which I have with porridge) and oat milk (which tastes fab in coffee); both rice and oat milks I find lighter than almond milk. Sometimes you need almond milk, though (e.g. for puddings) and this one is really lovely.

Update on my previous review- there is always some sediment left at the bottom of the carton, no matter how much I shake it up before using, or stir it once opened. I'm going back to Provamel!

This was new to me and I really liked it. Not watery, no sugar, and you can use it for all the milky things you normally do.

I usually buy the Provamel unsweetened almond milk from a local supermarket, but as they've been out of stock recently, decided to give this a go. No almond milk is as nice as dairy milk ( in my opinion), and all take a little getting used to, but this Blue Diamond variety is rather nice- slightly creamier than the Provamel, and fine on cereals, in soups etc. I don't drink tea or coffee, so can't comment, sorry.

The best tasting almond milk, it doesn't clump up (residual solids at the bottom) as other brands.
