A delicious product - actually solid at room temperature except in hot weather, but easy to remove from the wide-neck jar. Great for cooking Indian/Thai dishes, in smoothies, or spread on a toasted sweet bagel! Excellent vegan & healthy alternative to butter, many other uses.

By far my favourite of the coconut oil brands I've tried. Keeps well, great for cooking, adding to raw cakes, wonderful for putting on your skin after a bath. And like most fats that are solid at room temp, it's ideal for highheat cooking as it doesn't become carcinogenic like most liquid cooking oils.

This is one of the best tasting coconut oils out there and for the price it is well worth purchasing, Nutivia is also a favorite. for all the health benefits that come with coconut oil better skin,Approx 25% increase in metabolism, anti fungal micribial and bacterial, stops other fats from going rancid. I could go on and on but there are a good few reasons right there. so buy and enjoy the taste of paradise.

Is the Biona organic virgin coconut oil (povid 41702) cold pressed? I have a jar which I bought elsewhere that looks identical only mine says 'extra virgin cold pressed' on the label. Thanks.
