this is like powder gold, its so light, fluffy and sweet. i use it to make thai salads and i think its the key to it tasting so authentic. have been buying for a while now and won't go back to white processed sugar.

I've been using this for years instead of white sugar. I was concerned about palm plantations destroying native forests but was assured that this comes from established mature palm trees, providing a sustainable crop and helping local people. As a consumer, I think it's great and I use it for everything, including tea. It does colour the water brown, so bear this in mind if you judge your tea strength by colour.
