Great for frying, baking, roasting, no coconut taste at all which is great when can over power more subtle flavours. Only brand I buy now. Can use as mouthwash for oil pulling too! Many uses.

As it has no coconut smell it can be used in a greater range of dishes.

Disappointed with the product. It's worth buying one with aroma!!!. Perhaps useful in baking if you don't want any coconut taste. Won't buy it again. Also I felt it wasn't value for money.

I use this excellent product for frying; it heats up rapidly, fries brilliantly - and when it cools down it solidifies which makes it easy to dispose of. I sometimes use it on my skin as a pure moisturiser! It is odourless and clean, and can be stored in its jar in your store cupboard. I love it.

Much better than normal cooking oil, lasts for ages and doesn't affect the taste of the food.

We use this all the time.

I mostly use the product to use once a day as a mouthwash (oil pulling) and I put a bit in the bath and I use it as lip balm. There are loads of other uses for coconut oil but not all uses interest me.
I would recommend coconut oil to people who have some health issues. I used to suffer with sensitive teeth but coconut oil has helped with that. It's great for dry skin as well. I have been known to get a bit but since the coconut oil baths I haven't had any.
The quality is great, I love the price for 1 jar and to buy a case of 6 is even better. The p&p is not too bad a price. Personally I would not want to pay for p&p at all but at least the p&p is not a crazy amount like some websites.

Always use coconut oil in baking or if too strong for you use a mix of coconut oil and butter - so much better for you than marg!!!

Lovely vinegar... Use for everything from sore throats to cleaning veg!!
