Leaves greasy residues

Verified product owner I was looking for an ecological dishwasher powder for my new table top dishwasher because cutting Ecover tablets (which work great) into halves isn't satisfying, and I wanted to avoid the tablets' wrapping. I was happy to find the Bio D powder at this competitive price. But unfortunately, the dishes just don't get completely clean with it. There are residues on the dishes which look similar to limescale stains, but are greasy. I've tried everything from varying rinse aid and salt dosage to using the hottest program - nothing has helped. So for the moment I've reverted to Ecover tabs, and my search goes on.

I really wish it worked as its the most Eco friendly I found. But, alas, it didn't do the job in our house. Even mugs were left with tea stains in them. I tried rinsing all the dishes and pots first but with no luck. It was so bad I actually thought the is dishwasher had broken. My partner used some of the leftover non Eco powder and the dishes were squeaky clean again. I will keep searching...
