is utterly delicious ..keep it in the fridge and then you can slice it finely and load it with all sort of deliciousnesses ...cream cheese, butter and honey, cold chicken and salad, sardines or whatever it is you fancy. i am gluten sensitive but even though there are also sprouted wheat grains in this bread, it doesn't cause a problem. i think it is very yummy and full of goodness :)
