This product is excellent and does exactly what it says on the box. You turn off your computer as usual & then monitor, speakers, printer, light all close at the same time then re-awaken when you log back on. Recommend to all to have one as it stops you forgetting to turn something off. It also has a live plug that stays on all the time. We have the telephone plugged in to this one. It stays on while the computer sleeps. Fabulous idea to make sure all plugged in items are turned off. We also bought the TV standby at the same time.

This product is excellent and like the computer / laptop model it does exactly what it says on the box. You turn off your TV as usual & then the DVD, video, stereo etc (whatever you have plugged in) all close at the same time then re-awaken when you turn the TV back on. There is a seperate plug for Sky+ or whatever package you may have that needs to stay on to record as this does not lose power. There is also another socket that although switches off when you power off the TV comes back on straight away. Recommend to all to have one as it stops you forgetting to turn something off.
