I was very excited at the prospect of using the ecoballs as my daughter has excema and I liked that it was an environmentally friendly product. However after 10 days I had to send them back. Everyday stains on kids clothes have now become permanent features after regular washing (eg school uniforms). Swimming towels came out after a wash smelling of chlorine. I kept thinking of that story 'the Emperor has no clothes' - would the washing come out the same with no powder or balls? Service excellent when I returned the Ecoballs and refund quick. Disappointed all the same.
