Don't buy this kettle. It doesn't work. I can't believe the reviews above are true.

It seemed like a good idea to be able to boil on the water you need, but the problem is that there is no seal on the main chamber lid. This means that when the main (non boiling chamber) is full, and you boil just enough water for 2 cups, when you tip the kettle up to fill your cups the cold water from the non boiled chamber leaks from the lid into your cup of tea making it lukewarm. It is particularly a pain when filling a tea pot.

I have resorted to locking the plunger down and boiling the whole kettle everytime, thus defeating the object of the kettle.

I was also very suprised that the base came with no method of stopping it slide around the kitchen side. It appears to have 3 recesses for rubber feet but it came with none. I resorted to sticking blu-tac on the bottom to stop me having to play 'chase the base' around the worktop when trying to put the kettle on it.

I don't usually write reviews about things on websites, but this kettle is so awful that I just felt I had to warn people off of it.
