Our family is committed to eco-friendly solutions to everyday life, so the eco-kettle fitted the bill perfectly. We've had the kettle for over 12 months now and we really like it. It boils the right amount of water quickly and has indubitably saved electricity and money. On the down side; my wife can find it heavy when full, the cup measures are for cups and not mugs (which is what we tend to use). We've also learnt to keep the kettle tlted to release steam whilst moving between cups otherwise it tends to spit hot water out of the spout. A small design change could resolve this. Overall we very happy with the product.
