I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It gives an excellent overview of several different aspects of how to lead a more ethical / environmentally friendly lifestyle. It doesn't go into a great detail of detail on the technical side, but sources are mentioned and you are given plenty of references for further information. I've picked up lots of new tips and read over with further clarity some of the things I'm already doing. Very interesting and easy to read.

These dishwasher tablets are great. All the dishes are lovely and clean and although the tablets are individually wrapped the wrapping is recyclable.

This seems like a decent toothpaste, although it's not as "minty" as other commercial brands. It also contains SLS.
