it bubbles out steaming hot water if you try and use it when it is just boiled. Its cup size is tiny and the lid broke and we got a new one easy enough. Really disappointed and left it on the doorstep for someone to use though i doubt if anyone without the concept in mind would know how to fill it up. No guests of mine ever did though you may think i should be making them tea myself and i am a right moany person...
we bought a kettle that we now only fill up what we need. Hopefully it will last longer!
