Q. I have had problems in the past with internal batteries failing in wind up products,so then having to throw away(not very ethical).Is it possible to change the battery in this product when it fails?
A. Hi, The battery can be replaced, but it must be replaced by the manufacturer to keep the 5 year warranty valid. Jo.
