Tasty tasty tea, naturally sweet and a proper good caffeine-free pick me up. Nice hot or cold, and I reckon you can get away using the teabag twice... Also has good reading on the box all about tai-chi and taoism and stuff and little platitudes on the tag should you get bored waiting for the kettle to boil.
