Traidcraft's Fairtrade Labelled organic fusilli pasta is made in Italy from durum wheat and fairly traded quinoa flour, a traditional cereal grown on the high slopes of the Andes in South America.
The farmers who grow the quinoa are members of Anapqui, a cooperative organisation which ensures a fair price is paid for their produce, enabling families to stay in their home area rather than migrate tin search of work. 500g.

- Suitable for vegetarians
Ingredients: Durum Wheat Flour (80%), *Quinoa Flour (20%)
*All ingredients that can be Fairtrade are Fairtrade and certified to international Fairtrade Standards.
