This nifty mini solar kit is a great way to learn the power of solar energy. Requiring no batteries, this clever, educational toy can be assembled in six different ways to teach you how solar power is used to drive a small motor.
Just piece the 37 parts together (no glue required), and build a variety of moving models including an airboat, windmill, puppy, and two different types of planes. Start by building the central solar motor, and then follow the instructions for your chosen design. When you’ve mastered one, you can simply deconstruct, and start again for hours of fun.
Solar panels can also be charged using 50W halogen bulb.
