About the Vanilla: Our organic succulent vanilla is everything vanilla should be - full of flavour and aroma, tender and delicious. The seed of a Mexican orchid, flavour and pure aroma. Store vanilla beans in a cool dark location and never freeze.

About the Saffron: The most expensive of spices by weight. We buy our Spanish Mancha saffron direct from one of the leading old family-owned Spanish spice businesses. Mancha is one of the top grades of the Spanish Saffron crop as extra hand labour is used to remove every bit of the yellow saffron style material, leaving 100% beautiful pure red saffron threads. This is truly excellent Saffron, especially great with traditional Spanish dishes.
