Pepper is the king of spices. Its aroma has driven trade around the world. The Romans loved it; Vasco da Gama went to India because of it. Even now, food throughout the world is dominated by its characteristic biting taste and pungent aroma – from North Yorkshire to New York and in varying cuisines from Mexican to Thai.

Steenbers Organic’s 4 colour pepper is a colourful variation on the French classic “Shot Pepper” mix. Equal quantities of black and white pepper combine the aroma of black with the strength of white peppercorns, while the pink and green peppercorns provide a wonderful depth of colour.

A fantastic pepper mix for clear mills with pride at the table.
