Aaag! Stressed and depressed?…take time out for yourself. These organic herbal bath bags contain relaxing, anti-depressant lavender, calming chamomile, St John’s wort (helpful for anxiety and tension), and oats with demulcents good for skin care. Scented with pure lavender essential oil.
Ingredients Avena sativa (oatmeal), lavendula angustifolia (lavender), matricaria recutita (chamomile), †hypericum perforatum (St. John's wort). Certified organic herbs. †Wildcrafted organic herbs.
Size: 3 x 10g biodegradable bath bags.
Directions Steep the bath bag in hot running bath water and relax in the bath for ten minutes. (If a stronger infusion is preferred, put bag in a teapot, add boiled water, let stand for 5 minutes and add all to bath water.)
