The Multi-Socket 6 is the easiest way for you to save energy, electricity, CO2 and extend the life of your appliances in the home or office. Very simple to programme and ideal for use on TV’s, DVD players, games consoles and other connected items which could be wasting electricity if left on standby. The infrared eye comes with 2m cable so the SAVASOCKET can be hidden behind the TV etc out of sight.
Any remote control works with the Multi-Socket 6™ to switch appliances off and on at the mains. You simply select and set any button on your own remote control (i.e. the on/off button) for one-click convenience and control.The soft shut-down system and built-in surge protection extends the life of the connected items.

Q: Can you also plug the video that needs to be left on for the clock into this gadget or will it put everything on off?
A: Any devices that need to be left on/on standby such as devices with timers can be plugged into the two 'normal' sockets which are always on.
