I'm a big fan of that Swiss type Muesli that comes in the red package - you know, the one that as apparently of alpen origin - so asking me to try something clustery and organic was a bit of a cheek. But I tried it anyway, after all it was a free sample supposed to entice and attract. You know what? It's not half bad. It's quite sweet, almost as if there's honey in there in large quantities, but there isn't. It's also in nice sized clusters - not too big, not too small - with none of those annoying sharp pieces that can lodge under your gums and jab you while trying to eat. Personally a little bit more fruit in here would have given this 5 stars, but other than that I could well see me swapping my swiss style breakfast cereal for this.
As a person who doesn't eat breakfast as she's unable to find anything nice to eat. I definitely enjoyed this cereal, with the variety of tastes and textures.
Finally an organic cereal that doesn't taste like a compromise. A nice crunch with lovely fruity taste. I enjoy with milk when I can get to the box before my four year old son who enjoys it 'dry'.
A little sweeet for my taste, but I soon overcame this as the flavours are lovely and the texture invites you to chew properly to gain full enjoyment (and aid digestion!) I'd recommend it to friends.
I really enjoyed this granola. It had a lovely texture and sweet taste, not a boring cereal as you might expect. You can taste a different ingredient with every bite- I particularly enjoyed the mild coconuty flavour.
The crunchy bite is a very good alternative for those who don't fancy too much muesli or get bored of the untoasted oats... I mix it with plain home-made yoghurt; no need to add any sugar, it's sweet enough! But for a treat a spoonful of honey won't hurt!
