These Organic Porridge Oats from Pertwood are carefully grown and milled to ensure that every box is full of premium wholegrain jumbo oat flakes. Seriously healthy, totally organic.
Pertwood Porridge Recipe:
Pertwood believes that the simplest way to make a delicious bowl of porridge is to take half a cup of oats and a full cup of milk or water (or even a mixture of the two).
If cooking in a saucepan: mix together the oats and milk/water, bring the mix to the boil stirring occasionally and then simmer for a couple of minutes. Add brown sugar, cream or salt as preferred.
If using a microwave: mix the oats and milk/water together in a microwaveable bowl. Heat in the microwave for 11/2 - 2 minutes at full power, remove from oven and stir. Cook for a further 2 minutes at half power. Feel free to adjust these times to suit the power of your microwave and your taste buds.
