Verified product ownerThis e-View is rated: Helpful (6) Passionate (0) In my view this product does what it says on the tin. It reduced the water flow rate by 46% (12.8 l/min down to 6.9 l/min), but it still feels like a strong jet of water. The water flow can be reduced even further by turning the knurled knob at the bottom of the shower head, for example during soaping up. This is quite handy for us, because before we couldn't reduce the flow without the shower going really cold.
It makes a slightly odd noise (because it sucks in air to mix with the water), but nothing objectionable.
PS This was much the cheapest site for this shower I could find.

Q: does shower head come with hose and fittings. Will it be compatible with an icon powershower
A: According to the manufacturer the base fits any standard 1/2” male threaded shower arm. The product is a shower head.
