Meridian Green Thai Cooking Sauce

A Thai style green curry sauce with coconut where the ingredients are specially selected for this recipe to be free from dairy products, wheat & gluten. The sauce can be used for a complete variety of cooking methods being suitable for meat, fish vegetables and quorn, either accompanied by wheat free pasta or rice.

Ingredients:

Water, Coconut Milk (9%), Creamed Coconut (9%), Onion Puree, Onion, Green Thai Curry Paste (3%) [Coriander, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Lemon Grass, Shallot, Galangal, Water, Wild Ginger, Green Chilli, Salt, Sugar, Kaffir Lime Peel, Sweet Basil Leaves, Turmeric.
