It cooks by evenly circulating hot air around the food, using up to half the electricity of a normal conventional oven. Perfect for roasting, steaming, toasting, defrosting, frying, baking and re-heating. The halogen oven not only saves you money and time, but can cook food healthily, as fat just drains away from the rest of the food.
