Nuevo Mundo reserva Sauvignon Blanc - Maule Valley, Chile- - A subtle and elegant wine with white peach, pear and mineral qualities with a crisp yet lingering finish. From Chile’s first carbon neutral winery. This wine is suitable for vegans.

Petit Chablis, Philippe Goulley - Burgundy, France - Philippe Goulley was a pioneer in making organic Chablis and this lovely wine has a pretty pale yellow appearance with hints of green. The nose is open and generous with red apple and pineapple flavours. The palate is flinty with depth which comes from lees ageing. This wine is suitable for vegans.

Verdicchio Barone Pizzini - Castelli di Jesi, Italy - Tired of oaky whites? Looking for something other than Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc? Look no further than this stylish Verdicchio from the east coast of central Italy. Striking citrus fruits with the attractive nutty flavours for which this grape is rightly famous. Steely dry this wine will simply sing with simply grilled fish. This wine is biodynamic and suitable for vegans.

Bodega Ijalba ‘Genoli’ - Rioja, Spain - The ultimate white tapas wine?! Dry, bright citrus fruits all perfectly expressed with enlivening acidity from 100% viura grapes. Unoaked, light to medium bodied yet not at all short on flavour. This wine is suitable for vegans.

Millton Shotberry Chardonnay 2010 - Cold fermented in stainless steel with a small portion in special large French oak hogsheads, the wine retains a freshness with a hint of oak adding subtle complexity.

Lazanou Vineyard Chenin/Chardonnay/Viognier 2011 - In this blend the 6% splash of Viognier adds alluring stone fruit and citrus blossom nuanaces to the Chenin (56%) and Chardonnay (38%), which lighty excite the palate.
