Jean Bousquet reserva Malbec (Tupungato, Argentina) - Malbec is hip, delicious and very much the grape that's put Argentina so firmly on the map for discerning wine drinkers. It's hard to resist the raspberry, blackberry and fig quality of this wine which has a nice streak of minerality too. Very supple in the mouth, the flavours seem to last forever! This wine is suitable for vegetarians.

Nuevo Mundo reserva Carmenere/ Cabernet Sauvignon (Maule Valley, Chile) - Beautifully structured with great balance between black fruits, herbs, spice and well-integrated tannins. A red wine that will really come into its own with red meats or rich vegetable dishes. This wine is suitable for vegans.

Bodega Ijalba Crianza (Rioja, Spain) - Full-bodied, silky-smooth red from one of the world's best-loved wine regions. It's made predominantly from Tempranillo and simply embraces the senses with its velvety smooth plum and black cherry notes and light vanilla spice. This wine is suitable for vegans.

Chianti Riserva Poggiosecco (Italy) - From low yielding vines, and fully hand picked this Chianti is made with minimal intervention and the upmost of care. With a touch of old oak that just sets off the red berry and smooth tobacco flavours this is a must at any dinner table. This wine is suitable for vegans.

Chateau Maris Syrah (Languedoc, France) - Mouth-wateringly good Syrah with abundant sweet black fruits wrapped in thyme, leather and spice. Deftly packaged with well-integrated tannins and acidity… and this is just the baby! Wait until you try the La Touge. This wine is biodynamic and suitable for vegans.

Domaine Bersan Pinot Noir (Cotes D’Auxerrois, Burgundy, France) - More classic Burgundy style, a light and delicate style of Pinot with good crunchy tannins and gentle violet and cherry flavours intermingling on the palate. Ideal for warm evenings when you still want a red, but more a gentle velvet sipper instead of a blockbusting new world monster. This wine is suitable for vegans
