They have mixed hazelnuts, almonds and pumpkin seeds, and carefully roasted them with their skins on to intensify their flavour. These are then bound together with oats, honey and pecans, then dipped in the classic Green & Blacks bittersweet dark 70% chocolate to create an irresistible cereal bar.
