Producer Note:
Ormer Bay wines are produced in Citrusdal gateway to the Cederberg Mountain Range and up-and-coming wine region of the Western Cape. Here due to the high altitude and cool mountain breezes grapes reach optimum physiological ripeness. Hand harvesting and judicious use of modern vinification techniques ensures the resultant wines are packed with fruit and thoroughly modern in style. Wine certified Fairtrade.
Tasting Note:
This unoaked Chardonnay displays typical aromas of pears pineapple honeydew melon and ginger spice. These characteristics follow on to a racy yet flavoursome palate.
