Friarwood Wines was established in 1967 and is now one of the most dynamic and progressive independent wine merchants in the UK. It has developed extensive and enviable links with wine producers from across the world, allowing them to select wines from small, individual vineyards where the emphasis is squarely on quality rather than quantity.

Friarwood’s Ormer Bay range of wine bears the Fairtrade Label, ensuring that the producers whom begin the process which results in these fine wines receive a fair deal for their labour. Friarwood is not only a ‘fine wine merchant’, but is proud to be recognized as a sustainable and socially responsible enterprise.
