About our Supplier: az-Zaytoun (Arabic for olives) is a UK-based not-for-profit Trade-Justice project to import olive oil from Palestinian farmers at Fair-Trade prices. Zaytoun invests 100% of it's taxable profits to help create a sustainable future for Palestinian famers.
