These sauces from Ella’s Kitchen are a great way to get kids excited about being in the kitchen. They can squeeeeeze this sauce over their pasta, rice or anything they like, and as they contain nothing but puréed organic fruits and vegetables, you know they’re healthy as well as fun.
The Indian One is a mild korma-style tasting curry to spice up the day. It contains organic tomatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, coconut milk, onions, coriander, a dash of lemon juice and a sprinkle of cinnamon, cumin and absolutely nothing else.
Each pouch contains 2 of the 5 recommended daily portions of fruit and veg. This means that as well as being a great way for kids to try exotic and new ingredients, it really is good for them, and for grown up cooking too!
