Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes that are hand picked, the wine is Goldish green in colour with intense herbal and floral scents; a fresh and crisp wine with a hint of fruit and fresh herbs. A perfect accompaniment to lobster, oysters, scallops and fish – also good with cakes and desserts!
