A: The ingredients are listed as follows - Pure juice made from the juices of tomatoes, carrots, lacto-fermented juices of beetroot, celeriac, white cabbage, cauliflower, gherkins, silver onions, beans, lemon juice. Red peppers and sea salt (non organic) as natural spices.
As tomatoes appear first in the list, this indicates that they are the largest constituent of the recipe. However the actual percentage of tomato is not specifically stated. John.
