Q: On the bottom of the 15L ecover boxes there is a picture of how to install the 15L tap. It includes 2 green discs that seem to hold the tap firmly in the hole in the cardboard that is created when you push the perforated opening to find the plastic screw lid opening on the bag. The taps I ordered didn't come with these discs and they don't appear on the picture here. While I can still use the taps they would be much more stable and easy to use without spilling the contents if I had these discs. I wondered if the discs came with each 15L box of ecover product but I couldn't find them. Do you have any idea where I can get them and why they're not included with either the tap or the box?
A: Hi, the instructions on the bottom of the 15L Ecover boxes are a "one size fits all", and we apologise that the instructions may have been misleading. The green discs on the picture are for retail use if the boxes are to be mounted on a slanted display unit, but for everyday domestic use, the discs are not needed. I hope this helps, Robyn.
