Excellent quality flour for baking. Suitable for those who would like a more nutritious flour (vitamins, etc. haven't been milled out). Baking with wholemeal also provides more sustained energy release (evens out the peaks and troughs usual with refined white flour and sugar). Good for blood sugar level management.
