I love nettle tea and this brand is one of my favourites. Nettle can be really quite strong when made fresh so it's nice to have this dried, milder flavour. It has a neutral, subtle taste but even so, it's not something I can gulp down quickly so at least I get to enjoy each cup slowly. I have it plain with hot water but you can make it like regular tea, and I find it boosts soups as well if I add a couple of tea bags to a pot.
