Clearspring Organic Tamari Soya Sauce is both wheat and gluten free, yet with all of the taste of a classic soya sauce. Naturally fermented in cedarwood kegs over two summers, the flavour is more concentrated than regular sauces, producing an explosion of flavour. Clearspring Organic Tamari Soya Sauce is included in The Coeliac Society’s gluten free directory.

Much nicer than cheaper soy sauce! I used to use this years ago but got out of the habit of buying it. When I tried it again recently, i am re-converted.
