Product Description
This award winning chocolate bar with little crunchy nuggets of buttery caramel sprinkled with a dash of fair trade sea salt is wrapped in a biodegradable foil produced with renewable materials made from sustainably harvested wood with an outer wrapper of responsibly sourced bespoke hand painted paper from a sustainably managed forest. The inside of the outer wrapper is printed with information about the founders, the origin of the ingredients and a guide to tasting.
Through a reforestation organization, chocolate and love have planted 22,000 trees so far.
Suitable for vegetarians and coeliacs.

Chocolate and Love is a family run business founded by Richard and Birgitte O'Connor in 2010 that supports equitable trade relationships for the purpose of driving social change from crop to consumer in the world of chocolate. They built a business creating award-winning, organic and Fairtrade chocolate with a strong conscience for the people producing the ingredients and the environment.
The team is delighted to have won a total of 53 Great Taste Awards so far, in addition, their dark chocolate Pomegranate, Coffee and Milk Hazelnut flavours also received awards from Academy of Chocolate. The smooth Panama was voted the best food product by the Danish health stores in 2017 and Sea Salt flavour was voted the best food product by the Danish health stores in 2020. All of these awards are great testament to the wonderful cacao that the farmers are producing.
