We know just how important it is for your flowers to reach their destination on time, and in order to ensure they do, we need to make you aware of a few things:
1. Orders for next day deliveries must be received by 2pm on the working day prior to delivery, so for next day delivery on Tuesday, orders must be received before 2pm on Monday. Orders received after 2pm Monday for delivery on Tuesday will be assumed to be required eight days from the order date. Orders for delivery on Monday must be with us by 2pm on Friday.
2. For deliveries more than a week ahead, give us a call on 0845 009 9016 and we'll sort it out for you.
3. To maintain quality, we can only deliver this item to mainland UK.
4. Saturday deliveries incur a £4.99 surcharge.
