Verified product ownerThere are plenty of goji berries - small, sweet berries packed with antioxidants - and pieces of yacun - a sort of root which has a very faint gingery taste. Unlike many commercial mueslis, there are no cheap "bulking" ingredients either, which makes this incredibly good value for money by comparison.
We've tried it with soya milk and also soaked for 10 minutes in apple juice, but you could add yoghurt and additional fruit, or even make it up like porridge as suggested on the pack.
