How long will it be before my goods arrive?
Orders are usually responded to within 24 hours, and are normally dispatched within 5 working days. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you have not received your goods within the above timeframe, please contact Vic or Andy by email at shop@ethicalsuperstore.co.uk.

Can I buy goods for delivery outside the UK?
We currently ship only by Airmail Small packets and the maximum weight is 2kgs.

Do you ship to BFPO addresses?
We do. However the charges that show automatically are for the UK element of the delivery. We will confirm by email any additional charge necessary to despatch from BFPO London to your location. Additional weight restrictions may apply.


How much is delivery?
Standard service delivery is charged at:

How much is gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is charged at rate of £3.95 per item. Insert your message in the message box on the shipping page and we will add it to the card.

What exactly do your T-shirt sizes mean?

Excellent question. Across the chest, (under arm to under arm), the measurements are;

XXL 24.5 in / 62 cm

XL 22.5 in / 57 cm

L 21.5 in / 55 cm

M 20 in / 51 cm

S 17.5 in / 44 cm

With the exception of the Divine Chocolate Makes the World Go Round T-shirt, which is a ladies make, and has the following measurements

L 19.5 in / 50 cm

M 18 in / 46 cm

S 14 in / 36 cm
