Packing and Delivery Service: Standard and Overnight
For standard deliveries, Ethicalsuperstore.com uses Royal Mail and Parcel Force, with deliveries normally arriving within 3-6 days. The maximum standard delivery charge is £3.95 per order with lower charges on lower weight deliveries as follows:

Postal weight appears on each product page to facilitate calculation of shipping fees and is based upon the typical weight of the product plus its usual packaging.
If you require your order the next day, we offer an overnight Parcel Force courier service for £8 per parcel.
If you choose one of our next day delivery services and our nominated courier does not attempt to deliver to you within the given time frame then we will refund your postage costs.If you live in the Northeast, you also have an option to pick-up your order from our warehouse located at Unit 9, Hawick Trading Estate, Newcastle-upon-tyne. The warehouse is open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
