MAD Points Frequent Shopper Programme
MAD (Make a Difference) Points is our new frequent shopping programme which we’ve developed as a simple way of saying “thank you” for shopping with us and supporting our ethical shopping community! Receive 5 points for every £1 you spend and 10 points for every product review you submit. Points are worth ½ pence apiece which means every £100 you spend earns you 500 points worth £2.50. Customer Satisfaction Survey
To help us improve our service, we invite you to share your views by taking part in our Customer Satisfaction Survey.
This survey is being conducted in collaboration with Alexander Kok, a final year student at Northumbria University, Newcastle majoring in Public Relation and Communication. As Alex is conducting research for his final year dissertation on the topic of effective communication with customers of online businesses, we were keen to support his work as part of our efforts to continuously improve the quality of our services and overall customer satisfaction.
